Volunteer Coaches for Recreational and Competitive Divisions

• Receive a $25 discount on the registration fee for your son or daughter athlete playing on the same team
• Maximum of 2 coaches per team and 1 discounted athlete fee per coach per team

Coach’s Pre-Season Meeting

Frisco Youth Volleyball League conducts a pre-season coach’s meeting to review the youth program and rules and to select practice location, night and time.  At least 1 coach from each team must be present.  Refer to the Schedules page for dates, time and locations. 

Coach’s Educational Program  (provided to registered coaches at no charge.)

Frisco Youth Volleyball League provides an on-going educational program for the volunteer coaches to ensure they have the necessary information to coach their team effectively.  In addition to a coach’s manual containing instructional material, drills and suggestions for practice plans, LoneStar Volleyball Club’s professional coaches host pre-season for the league volunteer coaches.  The training provided includes demonstrations of technique for setting, positional hitting, passing, defense, blocking, transitioning and footwork.  For on-going support during the season, the LoneStar Volleyball Club coaches and staff provide answers to your technical questions throughout the season.  Refer to the Leagues & Competition page for dates, time and locations.

Managing Your Team Roster

The registration system allows coaches to log in and view their team's roster with contact information (current and past), send invitations to register directly to their team and communicate via email.
