Welcome to LoneStar Volleyball Club 2011/12 Season

LoneStar Volleyball Club is a juniors affiliate of the North Texas Region of USA Volleyball. The staff of LoneStar Volleyball Club would like to offer a warm welcome to families considering our club for the upcoming 2011-2012 season. We hope that the information provided here will give you all the details you need to choose LoneStar Volleyball Club as your club family.

Tournaments & Competition

The LoneStar VBC staff works extremely hard each season to find the right blend of competition, convenience and cost when putting together the tournament schedule. We also try to provide high exposure to college coaches for the older age groups. Teams may play in the local qualifiers hosted by the North Texas Region and also local National Qualifiers like Bid Regionals and LoneStar National Qualifier.

Strength & Conditioning Training

Our players will be provided with an integrated strength and conditioning program that will develop a player’s speed and agility, vertical and core strength. A variety of equipment will be used including, but not limited to, speed ladders, plyo-metric devices and medicine balls.

Practices & Training

All practices will be held at LoneStar Center, home to LoneStar Volleyball Club.
