LONESTAR VOLLEYBALL TRAINING & COMPETITION CURRICULUMWith so many options to choose from, parents want to know “what’s the right training for my athlete”, “what’s the next step in training” and “which division should my athlete play in”. To help answer these questions, LoneStar Volleyball has developed a formal training and competition curriculum which will guide athletes from program to program as their skills and level of competition increase.Training for all LoneStar programs is conducted by the professional coaching staff of LoneStar Volleyball.
